Super grateful for some amazing customer service I received yesterday (10/5/26) just before closing. The sales assistant couldn’t have been more helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my final purchase. Thank you!
Went on Saturday and was closed. No signs up to say where they are. The staff at woolies didn’t no either. Not the first time it was closed. Seems to be closed quite a bit. Please sort this out. Very inconvenient

Ordered online to be pick-up at store. When collecting order noticed they packed wrong items. Agreed to return to collect again when they resolved the issue but end up cancelled the order as the person packed the incorrect items refused to admit packing the wrong items and insisted he cannot repack items for me and I need to resolve the issue myself.
