Brayden and all the staff are friendly and always helpful. All the staff are great! I always shop at BWS Innaloo! Nathan the Manager has exceptional customer service skills, always friendly and helpful. Brodie and all the staff have excellent product knowledge and are there to help and advise me on all my purchases! I can highly recommend this store.
Great accommodatting staff
Disappointed by the lack of flexibility. Two staff members refused to serve me just 10 minutes before opening, despite being on-site. Consequently, I took my $500 purchase to Cellarbrations, and you have permanently lost a local client. As a fellow business owner, I believe accommodating a customer slightly early is standard practice.
