I always shop at BWS Innaloo! Nathan the Manager has exceptional customer service skills, always friendly and helpful. Brodie and all the staff have excellent product knowledge and are there to help and advise me on all my purchases! I can highly recommend this store.
Was 5 stars until one worker there with an attitude, anti alcohol, but ok with selling alcohol.. wants to have a go to degrade & belittle people.. because he couldn’t get the order right.. the person I was with heard clearly, hadn’t even had a drink & or he could say he hates people that drink… besides him.. never had a problem lovely service..nice guys usually.. must be new.
