It depends on who is working there at the time, most of the team members are wonderful, however not everyone is as friendly . They clearly do not have customer service or they just hate their job.
Not sure about new staff but decided to introduce staff break at 4:30 on on a Thursday with a note that they will be back at 5:15. It’s now 5:30. Lady entered shop and locked it up again so still waiting…. Lots of customers giving up waiting .Not good!
Just had a very pleasant interaction with Cooper, his customer service is top shelf;) He also answered the phone promptly, very friendly and also saved me $8 in one purchase helping me with the app. Deserves a pay rise or something!
