Very disappointing experience with this BWS store today. I ordered a Chivas Regal 13 Year Old whisky for delivery, but instead I received a 12 Year Old bottle, which is a cheaper product. When I called the store to report the mistake, the staff member showed no apology and no willingness to help. I was simply told to come to the store to pick it up myself or contact BWS to sort it out. This is unacceptable customer service, especially when the mistake was made by the store. Always nice and do their job well.
Went here on Sunday 6/7/25 around 3:30pm. The tall, young, male worker acted strange the entire transaction - mumbling and not making eye contact. I paid cash and once the payment was done and I was about to leave, I asked for my receipt. As he was about to hand me my receipt, he said 'Ummm actually can I see your ID?'. Terrible Delivery & Rude Service from BWS Ordered over $200 worth for ASAP weekend delivery — promised by 7PM, ordered at 6PM, and never received it. I had to keep chasing them, only to be told to wait longer or pick it up myself. Completely defeats the point of delivery. The store staff was rude and dismissive over the phone, offering no help or apology. Just told me to “call back in half an hour.” Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience.
