Horrible service, even though I provided a valid ID, the lady at the counter didn't feel like proceeding with the sale, the reason seems to be that she was waiting for some random girl to bring her ID back. Horrible service, I had to wait for this fantomatic girl and eventually had to leave since I can't spend my whole morning in the store. Don't recommend it
Couldn’t even get through the front door before they asked for my ID. I was then juggling multiple wine bottles and they asked to see my ID before I even got the chance to put the bottles down on the counter (rushing me). Very rude customer service without even a greeting :( Sad because I always liked coming here and had no issue
Visited this store twice over the last couple of days and have to commend the lass working yesterday the 27/12 in her handling of a difficult customer. She followed all the rules in secondary supply, (asked for Id, refused service to everyone when the Id wasn't forthcoming) she moved on to me provided 👍 great service and product knowledge....good on ya BWS
