the manager in this store, is terrible.
Very rude. The girl was very rude with an older lady. Its like she don’t want to be working in customer service. Very bad customer service as well and she look way too young to be working at bws.
Declan was fantastic. My online order was wrong and he jumped in and fixed it immediately- while being super lovely and providing great customer service while from what it sounded like a very busy time. Very obvious to me he cares about every customer and is an asset to this brand.
