I've visited the BWS Stirling store several times and have had disappointing experiences each time. The staff tend to look you up and down and I’m asked for ID every single visit (I'm 32) which feels uncomfortable and unnecessary. Particularly, when customers in front of me who were of a similar age didn't get asked. I understand that ID checks are part of responsible service, but I’ve visited other BWS locations without being repeatedly singled out like this.
