I went in looking for some beers for my partner and some wines for myself this evening and had a lovely young lady with red hair help me out she’s very helpful polite even carried the items to the counter and was so polite the whole service would highly recommend going there when that young lady’s on if I remember her name I would comment it I was in there around 4pm 7/5/2026

Twenty fourth august am. Asked where I could find alcohol free Wine. No Assistance offered. Was told it could be anywhere.
Atendimento horrível, a senhora loira que usa óculos praticamente me expulsou da loja e olha que Gold Coast é uma cidade turística precisam do nosso dinheiro imagina se não. Ela foi grossa e extremamente mal educada comigo e com o meu esposo. BWS de Suothport Park precisa estar atento a isso, o mínimo é educação e respeito ao cliente afinal de contas ninguém tá indo ao estabelecimento pra pedir favor a ela.
