BWS SCAM! App price is a scam! Tried to sign up to get the discount but kept getting an error. Asked the staff and they said it was the reception and told to walk outside to help. That didn’t help. Staff then didn’t wanna help and wouldn’t give app price even though the app wasn’t working. Was their problem and they were terribly rude about it and wouldn’t help at all. No manager either to help out. Terrible service and a complete scam
