Manish from BWS provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about wine. He took the time to explain everything with patience and kindness, answered all my questions and gave excellent recommendations. You can really tell he knows what he’s talking about. Outstanding employee and such a friendly person. From now on, I’ll only be buying my wine there. Highly recommend asking for Manish!
Staff could not have been less helpful. Old guy was watching the cricket and dismissed us when we asked for a type of he (staff at a bottle shop) had never heard of. We ended up finding it on the shelf for ourselves. There’s so many bottleos on the Gold Coast why would we ever come back.
