Mark is brilliant! Exceptional Customer service. Consistently good recommendations! His knowledge is sound - especially on quality wines! For example, this week, to align with the cooler, fire-side sipping weather, I was after a fuller bodied Victorian Pinot Noir & his suggestion of the 2023 Yarra Valley Pinot - OAKRIDGE Henk was utterly dead on. A truly smooth, velvety sublime drop! Just as he’d said it would be. Highly recommend dropping by! Ask for Mark!! You won’t be sorry!
Been into the store 3 times & declined twice because the bald guy working at the register said I “didn’t look 18” even though I provided valid ID showing my age (19 years old). He provided no chance to prove my age despite offering to provide further identification. To add to an already annoying situation the worker was bluntly rude and disrespectful to me and other customers.
As a regular customer of BWS Sorrento I had a great experience today in store. Fantastic assistance when choosing wines for my very fussy husband from your store assistant Mark who always carries the wines to my car.
Popped in to buy some provisions for the evening and the lovely and helpful sales consultant, Mark went above and beyond to recommend good buys and places to visit in the region!! Thanks Mark!
