Today I was greeted with a smile when I entered BWS Shell Cove by a staff member. Her name is Maddy. The store was clean and tidy, and the smile and pleasant service from Maddy made my day a little brighter. Thank you.
It’s the worst BWS store in the Illawarra. All younger boys who are too busy talking and not serving. They need to go to BWS in Warilla Grove and learn how to do custom service.😡
Cancelled my Uber order after 90 mins and everything else was shut by then
