Very disappointing experience at BWS Schofields yesterday around 1:30 p.m. I attended the store as a delivery driver to collect a customer order, but a female staff member treated me very disrespectfully and unprofessionally. She first asked to see my RSAT/RSA certificate, which I provided immediately. After that, she started questioning my knowledge about alcohol delivery procedures and customer handling in front of other customers, as if she was testing me. Poor customer service. There have been multiple instances but had to rate the store this time. Hope Woolies and BWS store management look into this and improve it in future.
Very very rude and unprofessional staff they are don’t have a manner how. To talk with customers and delivery drivers. Old lady. Talk everybody very rudely. So. Owner. Of bws. Have to remove her. She was totally rudely behave with customers that is not good thing thank you
Very very very poor customer service at this store. A older lady is trouble maker. I don't recommend to go this store until they improve customer service
