Went in with my partner, I was waiting on my phone, no alcohol in my hand whilst my partner was having a Quick Look. Now I do understand that they have to ask for ID if you look under 25 when you go to buy, but never have I had someone yell out to me from behind the counter if I have ID. It was extremely uncomfortable being singled out and yelled out to especially when I wasn’t even holding any alcohol, browsing or at the counter. I Went to go into bottle shop at 9.40 on Sunday morning. The only lady working had to go and lock the shop for 10 minutes apparently to go to the toilet and wouldn't serve us. The shop just opened, not happy at all I won't be shopping there. Stax liquor all the way from now on
Having recently moved to the area from Victoria I can honestly say that we have never received such wonderful customer service! My online order is always ready within 15 minutes but more importantly when I go and collect I’m always greeted with friendly service. Sandy especially is an absolute delight! Thank you!
Great customer service, online orders always ready for collection very quick and the little notes the staff leave in the bags with the products makes my day :) Won't buy anywhere else :)
