This afternoon 11/2 I ordered 6 bottles sparkling wine and 1 bottle of a moscato for a gift. In the 'instructions' section I asked that 1 BOTTLE OF BLANC DE BLANC BE CHILLED. Not difficult to understand. As I didn't want the moscato chilled. The bill came to $100. Imagine my surprise when I was delivered 1 bottle B de B and the moscato. Thought I would give this store another try but now regretting it. Bad experience months ago with an employee that was rude now heaven forbid I experienced rudeness again from some young woman who made fun of me when I didn't realise the Woolworths reward card was associated with the store. Rolled her eyes and was so unresponsive when I entered the store with a warm welcoming. How hard is it to say hello!!!!
