Don’t know how the short guy on a power trip even has a job. Constantly refusing service to myself because my partner (25 btw and not even in the store) has an expired license that can’t be renewed until he gets it back. Can’t imagine how many sales are being lost because of this
Arrived at 7.50pm to be told there closed even though the opening time sign said they closed at 8pm. Just wanted to grab a 4pack but apparently they needed to close early to count tills. Pretty poor reason when they have 3 staff on.
Around 1250 on the 12/9/25 Walked into BWS to buy a bottle of wild turkey for myself with my 17-year-old son beside me. He doesn’t drink, he was just pointing at shelf prices. The staff member refused to serve me, demanded ID from my son, then accused me of buying for him. When I explained I wasn’t, I was met with sarcasm and disrespect — even mocked when I mentioned my policing background. Absolutely appalling customer service, rude and unprofessional. I won’t be shopping here again.
