Went for the first time today and could not find what I wanted so asked at the front counter for help in locating it. Was told that they did not have it, then my partner found it on the shelf and brought in to the counter. What has happened to customer service, she didn't even bother looking so it was easier to say they don't have it than help out a customer. Won't be going to this shop again!!!!!
