Been going here for 8 years. Jenny just started managing this store and the customer service immediately suffered. She knows me. She knows I'm of age and a return customer. She will seem excited if I forget my ID even once, yet I've seen her serve poeple without asking. This time she litterally said she knows and remembers me, told me to show a digital version of my id at least, then rejected it. The team here are normally really great. The new older woman is at best unfriendly and not as helpful as the other staff. I felt I was being rushed and interrupting her telephone call while planning for a special birthday.

Lovely staff in general who are helpful and friendly, especially the younger lady who is delightful. However my elderly mother was treated as a nuisance by the older woman when she was slow making her payment and made her flustered by her rude and impatient attitude. Our family will be avoiding her at all costs and will go elsewhere if it is her usual way of treating customers.
Friendly service, convenient location, some good deals, but you mostly need the BWS app. Worth downloading.
