Ive been a long term customer at this store and all of the staff have been friendly and accommodating bar ONE female called Shannon. Ive put up with her unfriendly attitude for long enough! Always a sour face, has no idea what customer service means, has never greeted me with a smile and always seems to have something to complain about when I ask her how her day is going. Store is fine. The staff is always grumpy. Won’t crack a smile, won’t reply to greetings. Does not matter who is at the counter. Always confused am I welcome here or not? Or maybe they are one of those who paint everyone with the same brush? Dunno. All I know is I never feel welcome in that store.
Excellent service and absolutely beautiful place to enter from a hot day as it has an outstanding air-conditioning system which is such a great comfort to feel
