More variety and stock than the BWS near Woolies. Very quick and convenient. And they price match!
Came into bws looking for a simple wine for our group gathering intending to purchase one wine Simone had mentioned the 2 for $22 Promotion and kurt was going above and beyond and helping me with my purchases to the car without asking! Great work guys keep it up! I’ll definitely be back after my experience here!
Convenient and easy service. Not a long wait to be served and nice staff
I called on my way at 8.55pm. Mentioned to the lady I was 3 minutes away and what I wanted, knowing the shop closes at 9pm. She told me no, and hung up on me. I arrived at 8.58pm, 2 minutes before closing time. All roller doors are down. It was the end of a very long day and an even longer week. Previous staff have always accommodated me when I call to say I'll be there 2 minutes before close, knowing i was a local. Not this lady. Very disappointing. Have now lost a regular customer.
