Last Thursday night after I did grocery shopping in Woolworths I went in to look for a gift as I’m looking at the wines trying to find the one I needed the lady behind the counter said Excuse me you need to hurry up get what you want because you have 10 seconds before I stop serving. The way this woman spoke to me was extremely rude and the way you would tell a child off. Worst customer service. No hello when I walked in. Continue to talk between the two staff whole time I was in the store. Surprised they stopped to serve me . Clearly shop had too many labour hours

Small little bottle shop, customer service was very polite and friendly. Prices for drinks are okay
Always friendly and helpful staff always willing to go the extra mile. All in all a great little bottle shop
