The cashier had headphones in and was talking to his friends didn't ask for rewards members cards and tried to charge me full price ( he did not acknowledge or even greet me)
I went to buy beer and White wine tonight with my husband and the cashier was so rude, no smile no talk, when I asked for Carry bag he gave me with bitter faces, even I asked him politely and when I said “thank you” before I left he didn’t say anything back is instead just looked at us like so bitter, he’s Asian either Chinese or Korean with glasses, but the security was so polite to us
I am very disappointed with the service here. The cashier was very arrogant, and it was difficult for him to even respond to a simple “thank you” from a customer. This kind of attitude made the shopping experience uncomfortable. I truly regret shopping here. The cashier was an Asian man wearing glasses.
