BWS are shocking at being closed when they are showing as open online. Drove 15 minutes to make it before 10pm and arrived to find it completely shut. It was supposed to be open until 10 and no it's not a public holiday so no special hours. If they're gonna close early then they need to update that online so people don't waste time and money driving there. This shows a total disregard for their customers
