Been here several times. Maybe its just my luck but many times I've had to wait locked outside because ol mate behind the counter is taking a dump ie playing on their phone out the back. Then when finally let in 10 mins later, there's no apology. Standard customer service in 2026, all while charging ridiculous money for cheap grog. Management and checkout staff both responsible for the poor service.
It stocks VB what more do you want
Not the best experience at BWS Punchbowl. The staff seemed uninterested and not very helpful when I asked a few questions. Store layout felt a bit messy, and some items were out of stock. Could definitely use better customer service and overall organization.
