Awful customer service. Called to enquire about a product. Call answered, "YES WE ARE OPEN" - hung up on. Previously a regular customer. Probably spent $350 a month here. Won't be returning...
Good customer service HOWEVER,,,, Seriously, this close to Christmas on a Saturday Morning 😤 Only one staff member and poor man was flat out leaving customers to wait and driveway to back up. Come on Gary Flynn , give staff and customers a break and put more staff on. Managers should manage better. Regards Jess .
