Went to purchase drinks (for my husband and I) and was told to leave my 13 yo unsupervised outside the store. When I said absolutely not I was told I would not be served. Never happened before! Left empty handed- no business for you bws- shame on you/your staff
The black hair girl with face piercings, was condescending and immature, we were gunna buy 200 worth of drinks but we didn't feel welcome so we left asap, but she even slammed the bottles against the counter after we paid. Not professional customer service at all very un impressed.
The best BWS I have ever been. Such great service while I was looking for a nice Red. Such good knowledge & what was suggested did not disappoint. mmm so delicious, time to go & select another. So friendly, I highly recommend this BWS
