Absolutely terrible experience at BWS. The store was under renovation, but that doesn’t excuse the complete lack of customer service. No greeting, no assistance—nothing. I was standing there confused with no idea where anything was, and there were barely any drinks available. The staff didn’t care at all. They were just sitting at the counter eating chips and chatting instead of doing their job. This is honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Why does this bottle shop close at 8pm, it’s a joke
My local with an alright range. Be good if the monopy liquor shops provided a better range of wines. Good staff, freindly and helpful. Stock coopers pale so 4 stars.
