Lynn and all the staff at bws Pakenham marketplace are excellent at what they do. They are all approachable, friendly and willing to help at any request/question I have, regarding any of their stock. Tonight around 7pm, my husband and I went to this BWS store to buy alcohol. The staff asked us to show our ID. My husband showed his driver’s license, but the staff insisted on seeing mine as well. I haven’t got my driver’s license yet, so I was going to show him a photo of my passport, but he refused to accept a photo. First of all, this is not the first time we’ve bought alcohol here.
