Well stocked bottle store, loads of beer, wine and spirits. Some good specials as well.
Proactive and really friendly service from the two guys who were on staff on 26/10. I think it's one of the few times I've been in a bottle shop where staff have approached me with recommendations and assistance without having to ask.
This evening, Thursday 23rd january, right on close, the amazing lady working there allowed a super quick pop in to grab a bottle. Not only was she so graciously accommodating but she was very friendly and vibrant with excellent customer service skills. A credit to the brand! Can someone reading this please let her know that I really appreciated the encounter with her. BWS Paddington. Please pass it on!
