Really so annoyed, went in there with my 14 year old to get some drinks for a boating day, did not have a trolley with me so asked my child to carry one pack, because my child touched the drinks she was asked for ID. I politely said its not for her, they were adamant, I then said “would you like me to carry it again and place on the counter?” lost my cool and went across to liquorland and did not have a problem in the world… you are not the police
Was served by a man named Matthew this afternoon, his customer service skills were impeccable, he was so helpful! I’ve just moved to the area and will now be using this store as my regular because of this man’s service, I hope the BWS team know how lucky they are to have staff like you 😀
The girl with dark hair here is the nicest, always lifts me up when I have had a bad day, y'all really need to look into who's doing the hiring cause they're doing a bang on job to have snapped her up and the other most pleasant staff members. Can't really fault this store but I'm so glad I stopped shopping at LiqourBland, seriously you'd fall asleep if it wasn't for the bright as heck lights in there, that place is so unappealing compared to this gem of a liquor store.
The dark haired girl serving here is so rude, and looking at other google reviews I think management need to consider more carefully who they hire. I am always polite with everyone, and she was impatient, surly and unpleasant for absolutely no reason. My 12yr old son saw her roll her eyes at me too. Employees at Liquorland by Coles are so lovely. Guess who’ll be getting my business from now on. Disappointing.
