I am a delivery driver picking up order, just checking their rating because i just had unpleasant experience, turns out someone had mentioned that young girl with glasses with very rude attitude. The BWS management might wanna check good service as their focus improvement aspect
If I could give less than one star I would. Just left and the Girl with the glasses at the front was so rude and refused us service because she couldn’t do basic maths and work out my age from my ID, I’m well over 18yrs old and probably older than her she needs to check herself and try to at least act like she wants to be at work otherwise find another job. She should probably retake the test for the liquor license cos she has no idea and she could rlly use a lesson on basic manners, I would never imagine being that rude to ... read more

older indian worker gave me a hard time for asking to set my grocery bags down because my arm was CLEARLY BROKEN IN A SLING AND CAST. appalling and disgusting behaviour from this bloke
