Greg was great and very helpful. Thanks.
Greg was very kind and helpful. Exceptional customer service. Much appreciated
Very disappointing experience with Shaun at BWS Noosa Hill. His behaviour was extremely rude and he swore at me, telling me to “F off.” I’ve been a customer here for many years and have always found the staff friendly and helpful, so this was completely out of character. Having since read other reviews, there also appears to be a pattern of young people being treated poorly around id. Even trying to find a solution he was not open to discussion, mocking and belittling. Management needs to take notice.
Greg the manager super rude. Bullying people for ids and he openly mocked me in front of every customers. Customer service poor do better greg and why do you feel the need to chew gum with your mouth open???
Very unpleasant and offensive staff. I do not recommend it at all.
