Worst customer service ever
Disappointing online pick-up order. Took five to ten minutes for them to find the order and then another 5 or so minutes trying to find individual barcodes for each item… despite the fact it was paid online? Like… what? Why? Ask the waving around of products - that’s certainly one way of getting them to explode on opening… It wasn’t chilled despite specifying it on the order.
