Nice friendly helpful service.
It's a good store with very helpful and friendly staff, but as it's pretty small some items often are not available here.
I change my review i saw very nice lady today helpful. my Grand son show me how thank you BWS
Rachael and abisa were very rude and disrespectful showing no customer service skills. they had rudely yelled in our faces and showed no respect to their customers. People like that shouldn’t be working in customer service roles as they made a scene after i denied showing my daughters ID even though the alcohol was for me. their language was very disgusting and i am unpleased with the workers.
The staff at BWS referring to Racheal and Abisa had horrible customer service, they followed my guardian and i around the store and when we went to the counter they were rude and being disrespectful. Racheal was practically yelling and raising her voice which was very unprofessional and she shouldn’t be in a managing role if she doesn’t know how to treat customers with respect.
