Last week, Travelled all the way there, got there at Thursday 8.05pm and they were closed! The Woolworths staff said “it’s there winter hours closing at 8pm” - even saying how stupid it was! Maybe not only google but ALSO their official website should be changed so people don’t waste their times! Both indicating a 9pm close!! It’s really the simple things that could fix such frustration and a waste of a 30 minute return trip! I mean how ridiculous closing so early!!
Person behind the counter was friendly. Booze was good. A good time was had.

His product knowledge was impressive, and he recommended options I wouldn’t have considered but turned out to be spot on! Jarrod’s passion for what he does really shows, and his customer service is second to none. If you're ever at BWS Narellan, make sure to ask for Jarrod—he truly makes the shopping experience exceptional!
Great little bottle shop. Plenty of variety, reasonably priced. Shop is always full whenever I visit of an evening. Very friendly, approachable staff. The manager is always so helpful. Always has a smile on her face and is easy to talk to. More employees like her please!
