Called at BWS Mudgeeraba at 9.03am this morning to be met at the counter by a middle aged female staff member taking a bite of a bread roll. She registered my purchase while the whole time chewing her mouthful of bread roll. How can this be considered acceptable customer service? Never again!
It's just getting too small now, not to mention when they get a delivery you can't move and all you wanna do as a customer is help the team really...
