Completely incompetent and disorganized. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to help, Customer service was terrible, and the overall experience was frustrating from beginning to end. I would not use this company again and cannot recommend it
I don’t understand how men like that (a very tall employee and one wearing glasses) can work in customer-facing roles. No ‘hello’, just a ‘what do you want?’ when I’ve come to collect my order. All that just so he could make fun of my French accent with his colleague in front of me. I won’t be setting foot in there again.
Staff acknowledge you as soon as you enter this smallish store. Always well stocked. Worthwhile special offers.
