Always good cheerful service but young Alan goes above and beyond with his help and willingness to look up old hard to get brands.. bit of a Legend
Great selection and friendly staff
Did not catch the name of the cheerful and helpful young man serving us today. He couldn’t have been more welcoming and we left with all we came for and an extra bottle at his recommendation.
I would like to raise a concern regarding the service I received. The staff member appeared unwilling to assist me and did not provide a satisfactory level of customer service. I purchased alcohol on 16 December 2025 at approximately 5:45 pm. When I asked for her name, she stated that her name was “Andrew”; however, I am not confident that this was her real name.
