I have never met anyone in my life as rude and ignorant as this gentleman here, this morning he was 20 mins late opening. I asked him what time he opens as the door said 9am he shook his head at me and said he isn’t going to serve me, I asked how his day went and he ignored me. He was swearing and carrying on in the hallway near the toilets to me making me feel very unsafe. BWS should be ASHAMED to have such a horrible person working at there organisation.
I don't know who's suppose to be here right now but do you normally go on a smoke break when you know you have a delivery person comming to pick up. I've got three other orders waiting to collect from other stores but no please enjoy your durry.
Pitiful salespeople! We came with my girlfriend who was there just to accompany her, to buy a pack of beer for my own consumption We were refused because we did not have any identification with us. We leave and I come back alone with my identity card and I am refused again because my girlfriend is not present to prove her identity even though I am the one buying the beers What a shame, no logic among these 2 saleswomen who I imagine we have no experience in the trade
Won't be back. Ripped me off, didn't even ask for members card and charged me full price when it was heavily discounted. Cold attitude. Convinient location with reasonably good stock.
