Went to visit this store today 15/07/26 as Im new to the area. I walked in and the male staff member was so busy on his phone messaging that there was no greeting. I walked around looking for my selection, still on his phone. I asked for assistance, told product not available. I could have bought my wine here but due to the poor service, went down to liqourland were I spent $250 for some gifts I was buying. Shame on you, you lost a potential good customer!

like other BWS. professional people.
Stopped in yesterday around lunch time and was greeted with lovely helpful service from a gal with glasses. My phone turned off mid drive (needed gps) with heavy rain and this was closest shopping centre - they were happy to help when I mentioned situation - thanks legend :)
Personally I don't drink but it was so clean and heaps of choices I left wanting a Tia Maria. Next to Coles and aldi. Disabled access.
