Delivery prices went up while the service went down. Now costs more for slower delivery. On the up side I did get to watch as my delivery took a 36 minute tour of Newcastle, that was fun. Could be worse, I could have suffered the instore pitiful service.

my go to bottleshop when I visit the town, the venue is clean and has good selections of alcohols. Staffs are pretty helpful too.

if your a customer and your wearing an all black outfit I wouldn’t even bother entering the shop because they will see you and accuse you of stealing on the spot. Its disgusting behaviour a grown man standing over a tiny petite woman to intimidate them after a long rough day after work knowing they work in the Center and have there work uniform on.

My work colleague entered the shop to buy a couple of drinks and straight away was asked for ID because ‘she was dressed like she was going to steal’ good one ponytail guy never coming back to this shop

I work in the shopping centre and after a hard day I walked into the bottle shop to buy drinks, just to be met at the fridge asked for ID, As I pulled out my phone to show the man with the pony tail my ID I asked him usually they ask for ID at the counter, he replied because you dressed all in black you look like someone that would steal, to insult me because of what I wear is disgusting and low if you wear anything black don’t approach this shop they will think you are a thief and insult you.
