Hi, I’m Jimmy and this is my first review. I visited BWS Montague on Sunday which is a lovely store. When I was there, the staff member on duty (a tall girl with long black hair) was clearly under a lot of pressure with a line out the door, but she stayed calm and handled everything professionally. I needed help deciding between two different wines, and even with how busy it was, she took the time to research them and give me a proper answer.
