I wanted beer, they had beer. Friendly staff. If I had beer needs and was in the area again, would probably come back.

I am a regular customer at this BWS location, but I have repeatedly experienced unprofessional, rude, and intrusive behaviour from an older male staff member who works in the afternoons. There have been multiple occasions where I felt that this person made remarks towards me that could be perceived as racially biased, disguised as jokes. J, You right, mate? Supercilious, haughty, and insolent.
The older lady behind the counter was more interested in what she was doing than serving me and when she did she was rude. Maybe time for her to get out of retail. Obviously not interested in customer service.
