I am a regular customer at this BWS location, but I have repeatedly experienced unprofessional, rude, and intrusive behaviour from an older male staff member who works in the afternoons. There have been multiple occasions where I felt that this person made remarks towards me that could be perceived as racially biased, disguised as jokes.
