Run by kids managed by kids and rude! Will escalate to state management as it’s unacceptable as a local regular customer that has been going every week without issue! Until now! Buy two promotions and unfortunately today they didn’t have 3 items for the two price. So I said can we work something out she didn’t look at me said no pay full price. When you buy a bottle of red wine with a screw top it should not open with a pop. Then you return a bottle of wine that is fizzy it is clearly gone off. To be told it it is not necessarily off. Grenache is normal fizzy I was told 🤔. Don't think so. Like always no clue about wines. I have been shopping there for over 20 years and to be treated like that, I would like to issue ZERO stars, but have to select a Star and regrettably had to go as high vas one star.
Great customer service, team always friendly and welcoming
Have just been to BWS in Mindarie, to purchase a Western Australian Red wine. We gave her the name of the wine and the grape variety, she had no Idea whether a Sharaz was a red or white wine? No idea where the WA wines were displayed. She asked one of her colleagues who was also at a loss. In the end I got out of my car in the drive through and picked up the wine myself. Changed my rating from 5 to 3 stars after my visit today. The youngish male cashier did not pack my wine bottles in the bag as they usually do or at least offer. He also did not greet me, nevermind thanking me when I left, as other cashiers always do. Hopefully it is just one bad apple or new/inexperienced unfortunate exception. Previous 5 star review: Always good and friendly service with good value for money on wines, thanks.
