Absolutely gobsmacked at the lack of service in this store. The women was on her mobile phone and the guy was sitting on the floor behind the counter. I waited and looked at her but she didn’t bat an eyelid. Needless to say we left immediately and Liquorland got our huge sale for our business Christmas party. Do better BWS!!!!
i went into bws midland on friday the 20th of december and am really disappointed in how i got treated. as i went to a different store to purchase a carton and got the wrong one. i went to midland as i had left the other shopping centre and went to see if i could exchange it there, i had only had the carton for 30 minutes. as i went to midland i spoke to a older lady with darker hair who served me and told me i can’t do it without a receipt which is fair enough, i pulled out the receipt on my phone and said is that ok, she s... read more
