I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at BWS Mentone, specifically with a staff member named Aras. I waited patiently in line for over 20 minutes for him to return from his break. Despite being first in queue, when it was finally my turn, Aras completely ignored me and served other customers who had just arrived. When I raised the issue, he was incredibly rude and dismissive, telling me to "move aside" so he could serve others. He basically pushed me to the back of the line. Horrible online delivery experience. Orders are never delivered on time, and it seems to happen repeatedly. Promised delivery dates clearly mean nothing, which is incredibly frustrating for customers. Very disappointing service and poor reliability.
