Visited here yesterday to grab some quick beer for a local BBQ. As I was talking to friends I paid little attention to the prices etc so was surprised to be charged $26 for something priced at $19. Chen served me and politely explained it was most likely a member's special. Rather than scolding me or embarrassing me in front of other customers she adjusted the price and encouraged me to join up. In all a really good experience. I'll be back! Thanks Chen.
