"I visited BWS today to buy a champagne and asked if it came with a box. The first staff member was very dismissive, repeatedly saying, 'What? What? What? I don’t know what you’re talking about,' in a rude and confused tone. Another staff member then approached, but when I clarified the question, he abruptly said 'No' and walked away without offering further assistance. The lack of basic courtesy and customer service was disappointing
Can always get what I want here and staff are friendly.
Very friendly staff. I had a car accident in the car park in front of the store. The staff memeber kindly came to us and gave us water bottles. A nice and kind manner. Thanks.
