Good customer service
The new dude at this store is awesome and really helpfull. He went above and beyond to explain the bws app and how i can save money on it
Went in with my mum (who speaks minimal English) so that she can buy the wine her and my father drink. The lady at the counter refused to serve us because I didn’t have my physical ID. I personally don’t drink alcohol and showed her a picture of my ID as I did not plan on buying alcohol and didn’t have my physical ID. My mum showed her ID as she was the one actually buying the alcohol and she still refused.
