Staff probably is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, I was served by a young woman and she was very friendly, approachable and gave great recommendations and pairings
Today, December 30th 2024, at approximately 4:15 pm, I made a large purchase of around $400 AUD for liquor for the New Year's festivities. Unfortunately, I received extremely poor customer service from the cashier, who responded to my questions with annoyance and appeared stressed. It seemed that they were also receiving a delivery at the time, which apparently made the cashier uncomfortable, and it was clear that she didn't enjoy her job. I recently purchased two bottles of Johnnie Walker whiskey, which were part of a promotion offering an additional 50ml of the same whiskey with each bottle. However, when I inquired about the promotion, the staff gave a very rude response, saying it wasn’t available. I find this level of service completely unacceptable. My partner was there this Monday morning 26/08/24 the girl extremely rude unhelpful and arrogant needs a lot of training in customer service.
